is that for Hydro thunder to work on VGA or for something else? cos if it's Hydro thunder then this version https://cdromance.com/dc-iso/hydro-thunder-usa/ has VGA enabled but it can still be pretty picky about things.

Thank you ill give it a shot. Currently using the codebreakers boot disc with codebreaker. I have akura with classic all games look great. Just need the proper CDI for hydro thunder to work. Heard it can be played with the right version.

It works for vga on crt monitor does not work with all modern capture cards or upscalers Yes VGA working perfect on hot new

More your capture or monitor cant handle the game signal is broken so cheap or modern displays have trouble
