actualy I think rew does shows off what the dc can do, coz its hd counterpart doesn't look all that much better imo, considering there's a 10 year gap between the 2 games

sakura taisen 3 and 4.While nothing to write home about in polygon count(low polygon count AND running at 30fps),its art style is very good, very action packed cutscenes and very good use of special effects like motion blur and refraction. Also has very good amount of spoken dialogue and fun mini games. Here take a look.

Another game that deserves praise would be dead or alive 2 limited edition with its stunning detail for a 1999 fighting game(i would say its on par with tekken 4).This is really overlooked, as most people metion soul calibur to be more stunning, when this isnt simply true.

its true that DOA2 looks better and is under rated and it is true that most people will state SC before DOA, but i think that is because ppl enjoyed SC more, including me. its odd because DOA2 is a better all around game. :?:

I blew my buddy away with how good soul calibur looked. He seemed pretty impressed with the sonic adventure games as well!

Yea I stopped playing Madden games in 2004. They do nothing new to the game and just call it new features. The gameplay still hasn't improved and the game run at too slow of a speed. Been playing the 2k series since 2004 and haven't been disappointed yet.

World series baseball has some really kick ass graphics. This is 2k1 not even 2k2! Thanks to 50inchDLP for the video!

me too. only i don't play any EA sports games anymore. they might be able to convince me to buy their hockey games but that's it. i really only like basketball sports games and EA's Live series sucks in comparison to Visual Concepts 2K basketball line.

Yeah I am waiting for EA's NFL License to expire. The only football game I play now is NFL 2k5. I can still get updated roster from a dedicated website. Even new draft picks from this years draft! So I can always play a good season. I wish I could still play online though. That game was the first game to actually compete with Madden. They sold it at 20 dollars when Madden cost 50 plus it was a better game. You could be your own super star and play 4 player online mode. A year later Madden added "NFL Superstar Mode" and just last year they added co-op online play. EA is just a bunch of pussy because they don't know how to compete so they just buy there way to fame.

If you are a Shmup fan, you must get Zero Gunner 2, it looks fantastic, and the water effects are photo realistic I swear! Also, Cannon Spike is a great Capcom top down 3d Shooter that has Mega Man and Cammy from Street Fighter, and a few other capcom universe characters.
