I got Web browser 3.0 to work, and I think Quake 3... Phantasy Star Online Ver. 2 locks up when it's doing the portal thing when it's connecting. . .

I recommend using the Sylverant PSO Patcher boot disc to connect rather than using Codebreaker. You can download it from here (you want the CDI). You just need to put this disc in before you put in the game (it will tell you when to insert PSO).

Could you describe the issue you're having when you try and update the Netopia firmware?

I will have to try it again to be able to describe what's going wrong, right now I've been focusing on getting the broadband adapter to work... I spent about another 10 hours today trying and trying... my version of XDP is the older one, and I think that's what's causing me problems... I have been having great difficulty making a copy of the newest version of XDP... I have Web Browser 3.0 which supposedly works... (I can browse with it!) but I have been unable to make PSO, Toy Racer, or Quake 3 work... if somebody could show some mercy on me and mail me a copy of the newest version of XDP, I would send money back for your trouble...

I am so confused from trying every method imaginable to get this online... I still don't know what my DNS numbers should be...

Is my IP Address correct here? Is my Gateway number correct?

I finally got the newest version of XDP downloaded and need to know which numbers to put in here for connecting with broadband... what should I enter in these boxes?

I have tried many different numbers, nothing works... not sure what numbers I should be entering... I can connect to the web with my version 3.0 Planetweb browser, but I cannot get a connection with this XDP disc...

Yay! Back online via Broadband! I needed to leave those numbers set to "automatic" apparently... very thrilled to have this up and running... I'll work on getting the Netopia/Teltone up and running soon hopefully... I just need to get that Netopia firmware upgraded...
