Scriviani..i think i know why purevpn wont work on the tp link for me...starlink does not support pptp...after looking at vpn info on starlinks site..they support tcp and udp protocols....so gonna return that router and try to find one with tcp and udp protocol

Hummm i don't think will work for you, some dreamcast games use both tcp and udp at once.

As far I can tell, using PureVPN TCP and UDP server, i mean, you just connect in one of them at a time.

But I can be wrong

Today I implemented PureVPN directly inside the raspberry, (An alternative attemp to vpn mode via router). I managed to connect through Dreamcast and Dreamcast Now shows the corresponding country, however port forwarding unfortunately does not happen, at least for now...

A free vpn will not have port forwarding, so i see no point or using it

To games that dont require port forw., you just dont have a reason to put a VPN in the middle

Scriviani...i also have a netgear ax2400 router which has an option for vpn...but its open vpn and i contacted purevpn..they said its not compatible with their service...wonder if i could get a different vpn to work with it
