PSO game CLIENT glitches (NOT server) report

While I was on my trip, I played PSO V2 Offline, and I complteted it then went to hard but at one point in time we had a power outage during a storm and I lost my mag,

Also I found out that for me there are only two quests that don't have workarounds that FSOD in Offline Mode on my copy of DC-Talks Disc.
