In case you dont know: EVERYTHING expect for the specific multiplayer aspect (connection, player synchronization, game room setup etc..) IS managed by the client. And YES that includes drop rate, i know ALL online games server manages drop rates experience and etc. But this is NOT the case for pso v2. And thats a fact.
Glitches i found so far:
Crazy drop:
I mentioned this on the server bug report, and like i said there, im making a new topic because that discussion shouldnt be hold there. Bluecrab himself said it (and you should trust what the servers soft coder say..)he done nothing about drop rate on the server. So its managed by the game client, like i said. Ive been playing this game from day 1 and i know what a normal drop rate is and whats not. So spare you "these drop are normal" because thats bullshit.
I will mention, AGAIN, ONE of the games where i experienced that. Because they were many. Normal field run (not quest). Green man makes the room. Radkin an I join. The drop rates at the beginning were NORMAL. (so i had something to compare it with... stop bitching about what im going to say is normal because ITS NOT.) We saw a rare from time to time. Lets say maybe, 1 drop each 3 rooms, maybe? I dont know exactly but that would make sense.
Suddenly radkin and I disconnect, both because of fsod i believe. So this fact proves my point: the crazy drop happened EXACTLY when we rejoin. Thats is CLEARLY a way to trigger a glitch. Since that very same moment rares started to drop ABNORMALLY. In case you dont know what "rare" means:

I said that fact many time in the other topic but: we found 74 (SEVENTY FOUR) drops from mines to the ruins. THEY WERE ACTUALLY MORE "RARE" DROPS THAN COMMON ITEMS. THAT MAKES THE COMMON ITEMS RARE AND NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. Notice the use of caps and bold letters. Dont try to prove me im wrong. Its a glitch and thats a fact.
And NO, i said already, it was NOT ultimate. And YES i do know that EVEN if we were playing on ultimate, its normal to have more rare drops. I am RIGHT now playing on my own a ult game on my own, and yes, i do notice the increase of the rate compared to vh. But ive found so far (i counted them) SIX items, for Forest 1. And it seems normal to me. That game with green man radkin and I on very hard was NOT normal. I already said that: they were MORE "rares" than common items. Does that makes sense to you? Its a GLITCH.
And we fixed it by loading a quest, on the very same room, we didnt remade one, we loaded TTF. And BOOM, suddenly, theres only one rare that appears each 3 or 4 rooms... Does that make any sense!?
Traps:
I dont usually play with a robot, but in all my years of pso i remember i made two. And correct me if im wrong: you get traps since lvl 1, right!? 3 of each if im not mistaken.
Well, green man so far NEVER had them. He just discovered yesterday by making his first ultimate game, that, for no apparent reason, he has 10 traps of each. He swears he NEVER had them before on his.
Robots have supposed to be able to use traps no matter what the difficulty theyre playing at, right!? Not exclusively on ultimate, isnt!?
But even having them, they are glitched. The freeze traps. Heres the situation: with our gear and shifta and deband on, we are able to inflict a damage to the enemies that goes from 30 to 100. Average is 60. WITH THE SAME GEAR AND MAGIC ON, from some reason, once a freeze trap is used, we do 0's.
WTF?
Once the frozen enemy is dead (by using a few damage traps) we are able to inflict damage again.
Dont try to convince me this is normal like the crazy drop rates...
Special attacks:
Im using a QUIJON NEEDLE +99, with the special attack that does randomly everything (i dont remember the exact name of that setting). When im playing on forest ultimate, im usually able to handle at least 3 hits from a booma, 2 if one of the hits is critical.
But, if i use that special attack, just like the freeze trap, it glitches the enemies stats and the same booma KILLS ME ON ONE HIT.
WTF?
Guild card/choice search results:
Its a game glitch. Why? Because yes it has been discussed over the servers bug report because many people complained about it. But its not global. Because this has NEVER ever happened to me or green man, and i bet we are not the only ones. I use both (guild card search and choice search) and i swear, i never fsoed.
So if its not something global, its client side. So its our cd.
btw everything im mentioning here is using the auto connect disk for this server.
