And here is a complete non-working VGA game list.
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... p=drivesdk
- "ECW Anarchy Rulz" is missing on that list.

- VGA patches for "The Ring" and "Hydro Thunder" are available here: https://www.dreamcast-talk.com/forum/vi ... 22&t=13313

- "Sydney 2000" (PAL version at least) can be enabled via CodeBreaker or by checking the VGA flag within the IP.BIN.

Dreamcast Games you play Online: I don't play in onlione but in homebrews!

you are really very good at doing these things!
and we really thank you for what you do to the community!
As written above there are still a few games that are quite annoying at 480p resolution if you can see what you can do with it!^^ king of fighters, last blade 2, plasma sword, gunbird 2!
And I don't know if you know but most capcom 2D games (ex: vampire saviors, street fighter 3:3rd strike, SF2X, SF zero 3, marvel vs capcom, etc.) have resolution problems due to ports made , the games are excellent ports but they did the resolution badly and it shows that it is badly scaled…
Do you think you can fix it by putting it in the correct way?

I know that for you it's a challenge, I have another request.
Finally, maybe you have already noticed too. The games capcom vs snk 2 and marvel vs capcom 2 are games that work in 480p, the sets are in 3D (480p native) and the characters are in 2D (240p native) but they also did an upscale to be able to have them in the decor in 480p, would it be possible to put the characters back for example to a 240p version but better put scale like you did with the bangai-o and put it with the decorations in adequacy.
It was a request that I had for a while but no one has yet done a feat like yours ^^!

The game does not check to see if a VGA box is plugged in and is hardcoded to output a NTSC signal. Even if you skip the check, you won't get signal and main screen won't turn on.

It works fine for me. Just tested it to be sure. Boots right up in VGA no problem. Although I'm using the US version. Not sure about PAL.

Odd. Did you download a stealth patched version from somewhere? Unpatched US definitely does not work for me, and I see no way it could work, since it's hardcoded to never used VGA. I'm using a VGA box on a CRT monitor, and not HDMI or RGB.

...we are talking about Soul Fighter, and not Soul Calibur, right? Soul Calibur does work fine in VGA.

Nope, using the official retail GD-ROM. It also boots in VGA from my IDE-modded Dreamcast with DreamShell. I use a Retrobit VGA cable with one and a Naki VGA box with the other.
