F355 Action Replay codes

think i read somewhere the dc version actually has some action replay codes to have the third person camera and other things

can someone point me to the right direction, considering i have the japanese edition?

There is a PAL CDI from Espiral (sorry if I butchered his nick) with third-person+VGA implemented

I have that cdi which was hacked for 3rd person views. I wish I still had the one hacked for true cockpit views.

Well the gauges weren't working like I wanted, however I fully believe they could be shrunken down in size and superimposed over the originals exactly.



But here is how nice it looks in game!

Here are the codes for this particular hack btw. Wish I still had the modded ISO he did of that cockpit view mode and the widescreen together like I found for the rear camera view. These are Action Replay/GameShark/CodeBreaker format codes. The version of the game he made those codes for were the F355 Challenge - Passione Rossa V1.001 (2000)(Acclaim)(PAL) version. So other releases need their own codes.

Also here are the widescreen codes for the F355 Challenge v1.003 (2000)(Sega)(NTSC)(JP) version. Unfortunately I am not seeing any codes he made for 3P view for that region of the game.

d'oh, many thanks for this, unfortunately anyway i have the jp version of the game so the 3rd person camera is a no go to me, shame. Will sureliy try those widescreen codes anyway

I actually use Excel, that's just a holdover from a previous spreadsheet, but yeah I should probably ensure my others are open source just in case I stop using Office (which I pay for just so I can edit documents etc from my Windows PC, my android phone and my iPad).

It is a bit of a shame that not all of the codes work across regions, but to be fair the guys and gals of AssemblerGames have put a lot of effort in to these. They haven't done much lately, but it is certainly a long slog to get the codes.
