Is there CDDA CDI tutorial?

I need a help with creating a CDDA CDI rather than burning one. I am not sure if there is a good tutorial for CDDA CDI. Thank you.

because the program for creation of CDI with CDDA does not exist

1) use lazyboot for make mdf/mds with cdda
2) use daemon tools for mount mdf/mds
3) use padus discjuggler for make cdi image from virtual drive

I am not sure about how lazyboot works. It has too many tools. I took files out from my cdda cd via Japanese Dreamcast Broadband Adapter. The game called Smashpack volume 1
