shenhulahula requested this and i did it but the screens were messed up i have now tracked this bug down and in doing so have fixed all most all games like kof99 and others

I have also fixed sound sfx in kof99 and other games that was missing

It's not Neo4all it's my emulator project that i started in 2004 the first ever neogeo cd emulator for dreamcast.. Neo4all came after .. Im now catching up finshing mine like it should been but i quit the scene back then.. I say the main is PVR DMA hardware grafix Not SDL video driver Using pure C core's for compatibliy You might of seen it years ago.. but i just got this working with not messed screens today my freind.. And the project is not dead. Also the emulator does not play aes roms pure neogeo CD emulator..

I had not worked on it since 2004 .. Now geting close to neo4all in speed and hope to load games it does not do right..


Also this can load swap in a real neogeo cd or burned game from the selfboot of this game. so Every selfboot can play every neogeo cd game..

want to know any more.. This is Neogeo CD SDL 1.1FIX has nothing to do with what RDC did years ago Has nothing to do with neo4all

Well works perfect on emulators i did not have cdr i just found one and it hangs when yoy select a course.. so I dont know what that cause is yet but i will work on it..
I have cdr's now

I can tell you the fix makes this game hang.. now it fixes breakers and few others this geting silly hate it when one thing fixes something breaks others.. So im holding off and doing more testing before anything else is released
