[HELP] Backup Ghost Blade and Pier Solar for Dreamcast?

I tried DreamShell GD Ripper to rip both Ghost Blade and Pier Solar. The games I've ripped won't load off SD Card.

I've tried to copy all files from Ghost Blade and Pier Solar Game Disc to Windows Hard Drive to use ISO Maker 2.4. One of the files I've tried to copy over pops up a message saying;

Error 0x80070571: The disk structure is corrupted and unreadable.

Does anyone know to backup Ghost Blade and Pier Solar from Dreamcast CD Disc?

Well i dont know if that work they both be selfboot so when you rip it to an iso 1st_read.bin still be scrambled

Pier Solar have protection, for play on DreamShell use hacked GDI from this topic under spoiler Rebuilded GDI's
