Things to check for no video on replacement motherboard

Just swapped motherboard on unit which was powering up but no video. Replacement motherboard is firing up the power light, fan comes on, but no video out on AV cable.

I checked voltage out on power supply and everything's in spec. What else should I check on this... these units are pretty straightforward and not sure what else could be wrong aside from MB.
