Since there is an uncensored English version of Baldrforce EXE for PC, how difficult to make an english uncensored ver?

Always wondered as I LOVE the damn game. But it's got a lot of text and in full Japanese I always miss out on the story. Also, I hate censorship of any kind and it's missing some of the more risque stuff. It is a visual novel mech arena fighting game after all. Anyone who knows the complexity involved could explain the difficulty considering a full english version with all the coding already done.
