He is telling you it does not work from GDEMU. It is ONLY for IDE modded consoles, or consoles with the SD Serial port adapter, Not GDEMU lol. You can use GDmenu for that device.

lol what? i booted already retrodream with a cdi files i created with dreamshell and from there i boot retrodream. yes retrodream can do that. but not fix for me..i0m trying with region changer backup and restore from my other va1 console

first of all, you needed to dump your flashrom
I will tell you a secret, but all region changers contain the same error, as well as the instructions for the region of the mod contain an error that can lead to failure of the flashrom IC

Should be able to boot dreamshell form gdemu to use the sd card reader.. Not tried it so use retrodream as well..
