PC to DC BB connection? VISTA 32bit

I need help I wanna connect online but I have BB... I want to know if I can connect my DC to my Laptop w/o the whole dial-up service. Please provide me with a proper working ISO on here =\

Oh i also have a Modem A 56k NTSC-U system...

Can I use Magic-Jack to get online btw?

Okay, I am attempting with XP as I see that it's much more complicated on 98, and I am already somewhat used to XP... god it's hard to find a good ISO now I have to construct one from some xp installer files.
Will keep you up to date on what I have done and if it worked. Will post guide if it works too.
EDIT: Still installin xp found a home basic copy, I will be also putting the torrent to home basic for this tutorial if it works, I need to crack tho cause only 30days til it asks me to register.

Sorry for the double post but now XP is installed and is working fine!

All the nessecary stuff like my w/lan and modem(lucky ) are working! Now to use the guide, I will check if the guide works but right now I am busy so I will give you all the info when you are done.

UPDATE: I have gotten Windows 98 to successfully install onto the virtual harddrive and it's working fine(regardless if my video drives don't wanna work) but a new issue has developed -_-

It cannot detect my built-in mode >.< I might need to buy an external modem, any ideas where I can get one that's voice/data so I don't have to wait for shipment? radioshack?

Oh and it HAS to be a USB modem I am on a laptop so :\

Be very careful which Dreamcast game you try. Some look for the dial tone while others blind dial.
