redream failed to load cdi image which I made.

I created cdi image of crazy taxi from GDI file by following below Easy Selfboot Guide tutorial.

I followed all of steps excepting for 12 step of Create a dummy file and I even launched windows XP 32bit in Vmware player in order to finish 24 step of converting to CDI format by using bin2boot,
But redream emulator cannot load crazy taxy cdi image which I just have made..(It recognized that cdi image contains Crazy Taxi But it failed to load it (redream display blue spinning circle and it is unchanged for good..) and retrodream failed to load this cdi image either..
Is there any other way to make selfboot CDI image from GDI without using cdrecord.exe which make use of CD or DVD recorder?

At least,It works in redream emulator But It won't works in dreamshelll or retrodream..
