ISO: Cheapest tablet for Dreamcast emulation.

I have a Samsung 2019 8.0" Galaxy Tab A.

It's just not fast enough for Dreamcast emulation..
This was $129 retail in 2022.

What's a good tablet for some real gaming?
I prefer a 7"-8" needs Bluetooth and a good enough chip to play WinCE games at fullspeed with flycast.
Big ol 6.7"++ phones would work too..

Hopefully something under $200 US so I won't be too mad when I leave it behind...

This one runs dc katana games fine. Not sure about wince with flycast.
