Getting ready to make the online jump

hey everyone....i'm ready to try to get online and I just wanted some advice....so I been talking to kireek occasionally on youtube....my username is kkkww......and i was talking about how i really want to play on dc talk server. So my new cable provider offers telephone service....so my prayers have been answered! I have the old version of the auto connect disc and will be downloading the new version very soon. Now do I still need to set up browsing stuff with a web browser or can i just get my internet provider together(probably i will do the vt one) and play with auto connect disc without configuring settings with web broswer?

Hey, welcome aboard.
You need your dc to be internet ready. And then just grab the latest DCT disc and you are done.
