looking into getting a DreamPi going now that I have a TerraOnion Mode in my DC. I see that either a Zero or 3 can be used, what would be the advantages and disadvantages of both?
Will the dreamcast live store get any in stock? If I sent them a PI, would they get it set up and in a case? Has anyone done that before?

Very quick and easy to build your own. A raspberrypi is stupid easy to set up.
I'd say get yourself a modem with built in line voltage inducer...
