create GDI TOSEC images from SD dump

I dumped US Shenmue


with the SD dongle on the console,
[TUTO] Dumper les GD-rom avec le dongle SD

it gives me a large amount of files,

which are to be deleted or modified?

is this correct?

I edit "disk gdi" file with the title of the game
I keep all the tracks numbered
and I remove the rest?
