Chao Adventure 2 Unused 10 Story Files. There Still On the SA2 Disc!

Recently I heard there was going to be more playable stories in the VMU game Chao Adventure 2. There was a lot of cut or unused content in Sonic Adventure 2 like the cut world ranking system and cut Chao World features. There was suppose to be a playable playground area for the Chao's you could go to and a library. In the library you could download or create new stories for Chao Adventure 2. While the library was never fully implemented Chao Adventure 2 still had the modular design needed to support multiple stories, and there's 10 unused stories files on the disc! Is it possible to make these 10 stories files downloadable? Maybe as new Sonic Adventure 2 DLC?

I did a little more research on this and found out this. The disc has one file (OSAMPO2S) representing a blank Chao Adventure 2 VMU program with no Chao or stories loaded, which is combined with the Chao data and story files. It is possible to run the blank program on a VMU without crashing, and it displays a message that no Chao is available. Also the ten story files have two files for each language
