PAL clear coloured controllers

Anyone have info on current value of the 4 PAL clear coloured controllers? Everything I can find is around 10 years old. I remember seeing one go for around 300 a couple of years back, but they don't seem to show up very often. Seems like they might be one of the rarest items for a complete PAL collection.

Prices for these go all over the place, they go as low as ~€50 and all the way up to €200/300 indeed.
