VA0 with bad gd rom would like to fix
I have a VA0 with a bad gd rom and I would like to fix but I can't see to find the gd rom 5 volts Yamaha I believe any help would be very appreciated or any other suggestions thabks.

There are several possibilities. If your drive does not read games anymore, you can either try to install a new laser or replace all caps on the PCB of the GD-ROM...
Otherwise replace some resistors on the motherboard, actually is intended for VA0 to work with GD-Emu, but with this it should also be possible to install a 3,3V GD-ROM.

I've already tried power supply same result then I took out the gd rom and it fired up any idea of where to get the caps set for the gd rom board
