I have tried everything since I switched internet providers
Hard reset
Soft reset
Disconnect everything
Start over
Ensure its on 2.4
Disable and enabled dmz
Got a signal booster
Connected directly to the signal booster with an ethernet cable
Still only 1 light on my modem
