Is 'Take the Bullet' stuck at 50hz?

Post by Beefalo »

I've found 3 different versions of the unreleased Take the Bullet ('prototype' 'v4.10' 'v5') but all roll the screen in the usual way a 50hz game will look on a 60hz display: https://streamable.com/8gfqkf

I'm sure I'm not missing much, and I know I could fire it up in an emulator. But now I'm curious- is there anything I can do to remedy this, or is that just how it is?
