GDEMU/DREAMSHELL Mame4all with new menu theme (shinobi and wonderboy works).

Hello Everyone!
I created a new theme to Mame4all, because I don't like the incluided rockanroll music have this pack lol. Also i modified the menu images and text. I changed shinobi rom that dont work. I used the mame4all alpha2 aged core to score count glitch wonderboy solve. The very oldies games working well yet in that core. Only aged core is from alpha2, the rest (classic and gold) from last beta2.
