GDEMU/DREAMSHELL Mame4all with new menu theme (version 2). More games fixed

Hello Everyone,

The first version, is focused on fix shinobi and wonderboy, but in this second version new games are working:

- Golden axe
- Alien Syndrome
- Altered Beast
- Among others...

Also, new gold mame logo...!!
