Setting up

Hi all. I’ve been trying to set up my online and I’m only getting one light on the modem. Would anyone have an idea why?

Update. I have both lights but something still seems to be preventing a dial tone.
I have the modem plugged into the pi, the phone cable from the modem to the DC. Ethernet to my router, thought should be it I think?

When I try to use the web browser it just hangs on “init modem”

Just checking in. Are you using a modem browser and not the BB browser? Should be any DreamKey, or PlanetWeb Internet Browser 1.0 - 2.62. Browser 3.0 will not work.

Also, do you have the line-voltage-inducer as part of your setup? The usb modem won't pickup without it.
