GDEMU/OpenMenu won't boot without a memory unit?

Post by Jaxel »

My console starts up, I even see the orange flicker line that signals that OpenMenu is loading...

But if I don't have a VMU plugged in, OpenMenu never loads. Plug in a VMU, and it loads perfectly fine.

What would be causing this issue? How would I fix it?

It started after I deleted a few games from my SD card in GDMENUCardManager.

The latest version of openMenu exhibits this problem due to a KalistiOS problem. Solution is to leave a VMU present in controller.
