Question about 2 utilities

I have found 2 unknown console utilities related to ripping on my hdd .
It is called devdump.exe and mkhybrid.exe , second one seems like mkisofs.exe modification but has bigger size .
Do anyone know its usage ?

devdump.exe allows you to view RAW data from a CD-ROM or possibly a GD-ROM.

mkhybrid.exe allows you to "make a hybrid" disc. This is used greatly in the Linux community.
