Making Quake III Arena Faster

These commands improve my online experience while using Quake III Arena, I usually get a better connection as well as less slow downs.

Modem Init: ATS15=128

You might have to use ;raster 1 before you enter those commands, although I'm unsure.

Have you done this? What are these commands, for the server?

you type them in like you are chatting. There are like PSO commands. He uses them to remove bots chatting and you can change game type with them too.

I wish Quake 3 on DC was as easily modable as Half-Life is, then we could play with mods online.

This can do everything the PC version can but play with mods.
