Making Dreamcast Serial Port Connector

I'm trying to find out how to make a connector for the Dreamcast Serial port.
Does anyone know how too do this?

On one of my modded systems I strait up replaced the port with the plug from a vmu, only need 10 lines, vmu plug has 14. Looks awesome, hacked SD card reader inside a vmu plunged in the back of he system = awesome.

Another way to build external SD card reader using as serial port connector AGP slot from PC motherboard.

Nice, finally found decent schematics for the DC to PC cable on this Russian site. All the other ones I found didn't mention what the connections were on the Dreamcast serial port's side. Which made those schematics quite useless...
Still, those schematics are made with a MAX3222CPN chip, and not with a MAX3232CPE as in the original cables. Anybody know where I can find the schematics with the MAX3232CPE chip?...
