strange Sega screen

strange Sega screen

So you guys know the screen that shows up after the Dreamcast logo? It's just a regular Sega logo. Well I put in a Japanese copy of Sega Rally Champ 2., and that screen displayed the regular Sega logo, but also included a Windows CE logo on the bottom right corner. I wonder why they did this? Was this true for all Japanese games released from 98- early 99 or something? Wonder why they got rid of it.

The game was developed using Windows CE. I think most other games made that way also had a similar logo.

No, it wasn't. Only a small portion of Dreamcast games was developed for WinCE, and as far as I know, every one of them has the WinCE logo. Probably it was something legal.
