ok i have the utopia cd loader and it works.i also have the roms and an emulator...snes9x...what do i do...ive put the emu on a cd with the games but it didnt work...did i write it to the cd incorrectly?

You don't need the Utopia boot disc lol, that was only needed like 10 years ago, all games nowadays are 100% selfbooting, meaning you just burn the game and play it. ;)

Get this program and install it then place the Discjuggler plugin files from the download folder into the root directory of the IMGBurn program, and start it up and burn the CDI, no other settings to mess with like in Discjuggler, I burn all my games with this bad boy and they never fail me, it is absolutely the best program for burning Dreamcast games.
