I added a like topic feature that is just like the Facebook like button. It's just a simple feature that will show who likes the topic after clicking the like button. In time I might add this to like individual posts also.
You'll see the button on the right edge of the page and who likes the posts below the topic title.
This does not link to Facebook in any way. If you want to share a topic/page on Facebook then use the Share button.

Maybe you should add a "meh" button for elmagico! 
On a serious note, I do have one suggestion. Maybe you should use a different image for the button. It looks too much like the Facebook button so it may confuse people. Just a thought.
