Installing 4-wired chip guide?

I know that there are boot discs for Dreamcast these days, but I bought ten Japanese game consoles from a wholesale at Ebay very cheap some time ago, and I also have mod chips for every one of them as well. I want to install atleast one so I dont have to do any disc swapping because all my DC games are PAL, and this is a NTCS/J. Have anyone done this before, or have a guide on how doing it?
