My first stick was a tribute to the Dreamcast, the second is to the Saturn!

Great lookin'!

What do you use to make them? As in, what kind of hardware do you use, I see a XBox 360 logo there.

These were originally Soul Calibur Sticks

I bought the smokey clear sides from Mad Catz's accessories site and me and my partner at the site made the artwork stickers that we replaced on the metal plate the original crappy artwork was on. We picked out the Xbox 360 versions of the sticks specifically because they are easier to mod with a PS360+ PCB and the stock version works with Windows 7 because we play Super Street Fighter IV on Steam alot. Even have a running training series on youtube at the moment:

Just wanted to update this with another stick we modded, this time my brother wanted a theme for one of his favorite Anime Series K-On! (He also owns the same bass as well).
