Burning Issue

sorry for bad English.

I recently got out the dreamcast. I have lost all my cd-r games luckily non of the originals. I went to the store and got a 50 pack of cd-r's then burned a few games to play. Note that all the files I have are the same ones from years ago and they worked then. I came up with some issues.

1st only two discs from myself booting folder burned and booted. one was a game and the other was the boot loader cd.
2nd any non-selfbooting disc will burn and boot with the boot loader.
3rd. I have made many copies of the two booting games with different programs and settings and they always boot.

I software used:
image burn version 2.5.7
alcohol 120% version 2.0.1
disc juggler version 6
nero version 10

All the files play in nullDC, they are scene releases that have .sfv. The sfv says all files are okay. So why will this not burn and boot?

Things that are different from way back when are:
I use 7zip back then i used winrar
I installed winrar and it did not fix anything. It is a higher version.
I use SATA burner now not EIDE.

Things I have tried :
alcohol 120% with tao, dao/sao , raw/dao, raw/sao. also write speeds from 4x-24x
image burn high speed/lowspeed 4x-52x
discjuggler just used it as is.
open dreamcast and reload disc many times.

Things i know:
I have made working disc nonself boot and selfboot, so i know this burner can burn them.
I also know that the dreamcast can read them, so it is good.

whats up with this?

update:
So I tried to burn a few games on another pc that did not work when burned on mine. They boot and work.
my pc can only burn bootable discs when both sessions are mode 2. If session one is audio my pc messes up the burn.
What is the cause of this? anyone?
