Yeah. SEGA plans on launching it as a new line of budgetary high end Androids for all major mobile phone brands. The name will be "Tokio Smart" and will compete against HTC.


The prototypes have been used as cheap prizes in the UK Arcade market for a short while already. The July Japanese priority date shows that Sega is planning on using the brand for the mainstream mobile market.

It's similar to "Sega Visions" from 5 years ago. Except Sega Visions never made it past prototype stage.
