Stacking your dreamcasts

Post by mxlvxnn »

Am I harming my dreamcast when I'm stacking them on top of each other?

If they're OFF no. ON?, Your generating lots of heat. But you wouldn't fire up a stack of DCs surely? You couldn't open the lids anyhow... What's the point? I have my DC permanently attached to the DC Karaoke base. But they have an internal fan ( as everyone can hear! ), and a grill. From a weight point of view, you'd only use the one on the top, so the disc wouldn't be at risk of bending or distorting. What a weird question... :?:

I know, but I'm starting to accumulate a number of dreamcasts. I just wanted some reassurance because I've decided to stack my dreamcasts as a storage solution. I noticed that there was a bit of pressure on the cover and I don't know if that might be an issue for the GD-R Drive.
