Hi there. I am trying to transfer some Sonic Adventure 2 DLC saves from my computer to my Memory Card. It's the menu theme and costume dlc if anyone is wondering.
Anyway, is there any way to do this using the program Dream Explorer? I really want to hear Tails talk in game. Sorry if it seems weird.
Any help is highly appreciated.

The easiest way would be to get your dreamcast online and visit bswirl or a ftp server, or a very old mail server (the planetweb does not support SSL, afaik).
