Download custom vmu icon/animation over internet

I made a vmu icon and animation over at blue swirl but i dont have a vmu link cable or and blank-cds. Is there a way i can upload or send the file to myself on the dreamcast somehow? I tried to attach in a message on here but .vms and .lcd extentions are blocked.

Maybe get dc.dreamcast-talk up to date and have a section for user submitted vmu stuff?

Tried emailing to myself on dream passport but it saves the file as passport.00 data

Hmm...well, I don't really know what to do there...but if you have a few bucks on your hand, you can get blank CD-Rs at Walmart, in the Electronics section. I have seen a 5-pk there for about 5-6 dollars.

They are pretty cheap, but I don't understand why DVD-Rs are cheaper. Just, why?
