Is this a pirated dreamcast game?

So, today I got a copy of Crazy Taxi. The game loads fine, but it does something strange when loading which I haven't seen around youtube. It's a PAL release and comes in the PAL box with the manual and the dreamcast booklet with all the game screenshots.

Everything looks real, except for this.

The back of the disk has the whole sega trademark thing around the sides, but that loading screen looks strange.

This is fully normal behavior for Crazy Taxi. Originally this title was released in Arcades on SEGA's NAOMI board, which uses the same pre-loading screen, so having this loading-screen in tact shows how faithful this port is to the arcade original. (e.g. Zombie Revenge has the same thing)

Spot on, all region versions of CT have that screen.
