New to dreamcast. How to get online

what are the best ways to get online assuming I live in an area without phone lines to get dialup set up?

Im new to forums so as im sure there is already a topic if someone could kidly point me in the right direction that would be great too

so i rent in a house wher internet is provided but there are no phonelines i dont think i can get it online

You only need phone lines/service if you plan on using actual dial-up. You can use one of the other methods mentioned in the guide (Netopia method or PC-DC server).
