using http://dreamcast-talk.com/forum/viewtop ... f=3&t=5595 i dont need it seems a line voltage inducer, and its working as the DreamKEY in the PSOv2 PAL Disc, and the PlanetWEB 3.0 Disc can browse teh web/access Dreampipe.net
but when the DNS is set to 173.69.38.20 it either instantly fails or takes upto 30 seconds then fails (w/ teh for color Pannels swirling After seeing "Welcome to the world of PSO" ) i set w/ my DSL Modem's Configuration page the iMac (G3-SnowWhite model) as the DMZPlus zone so all traffic isnt filtered.
atleast this is Progress! but not sure whats going on at this point if the servers down or has stopped accepting Dreamcast connections.

Re: Close but still seem one step off :/ (PSO)
What happens if you use 67.222.144.120 as your DNS? That'll only work for PSO (since that's the only requests that DNS server will respond to), but it should work just fine. That said, I just checked the server you mentioned and it does seem to respond to the normal PSO-related hostnames in the way that I'd expect...
If using the Sylverant DNS directly doesn't work for PSO (or you can still browse the web with the 67.222.144.120 address set as your primary DNS and no other DNS servers set), then you've got a problem somewhere on your end.
