Hello,
I got a UBS Modem for PC. I try it with PC-DC Server (even with DreamPi2) on Linux with Dreamcast connected.
It does not work. I found out I have to create Line Voltage on RJ11 cable for this to work.
So, I bought the parts I needed. After I create a Line Voltage. I tested. It does not work.
I don't want to wast another RJ11 Cable.
Is anyone who made their own RJ11 Line Voltage for Dreamcast? Can you sell it online? So, I can buy it from you.
Please, with me know.
Thank you!

Where are you based? The U.S.?
I'm working on building some official Dreampi line voltage adapters but it'll be a month or so before they are ready. I do have a prototype cable though if you're in the UK...

OK I'll post on here when the adapters are ready, in the meantime if you post some pictures of your inducer setup someone on here might be able to spot the problem

Hey kazade,
A few months ago. Remember, you reply my forum and said you're going to make a Line Voltage Adapter for me?
I just want to know is Line Voltage Adapter ready? How much does it cost?
Please, with me know.

Well making a voltage inductor isn't rocket scienceABOhiccups wrote:Hey kazade,

The red line represents the red wire in the phone cord. You can see how everything is assembled
A soldering iron is just an adult hot glue gun
Get a 0.47uf capacitor, 390ohn resistor, 9v batter clip. soldering iron and some solder. Cut the casing off of the phone cord, cut the red wire in half. Melt the casing off of the red wire with a match or lighter, but while doing so cautiously. Then wire using the diagram above using solder to hold everything together
Also hot gluing all of the joints after that for good measure ensure's it lasts awhile

You can also get a "helping hand soldering station" for around $10-$20 dollars and it holds everything together, making soldering much easier
It'd take you a half hour at the most
