Which 32" LED TV Brand Changes Channels the Fastest? Response Time for Gaming?

Hi. Which LED TV brand changes the channels (if it's direct not going through a cable box) very fast. Our current TV takes 3 to 5 seconds between channels. Is this channel changing related to the response time in the specifications? What specs does one look for for a no delay channel switching? It's tough to hunt for shows if it takes 3 to 5 seconds between channels.

Which LED TV (32" budget) brand do you used for gaming that has the fastest response time.

I've never even heard of such a thing. I would think as long as it's a name brand TV (Sony, Samsung, LG, Panasonic, Sharp, etc.), the channel change should be instant.
