Convert GDI data to bootable CDI

I have some GDIs that I want to convert to CDI. I have looked around at alot of sites, and found FamilyGuy has a GDI2Data tool. The tool will convert track03.bin to an iso and it will create a Nero disc image, but that is not what I need. I have tried running the tool to extract the contents of track03, copying ip.bin to data, and then using BootDreams to create the CDI but when loading the rom in Null DC it takes me to the audio player on Dreamcast rather than booting from the image. Any ideas on how to make this work?
