Hi kremiso, that worked for me. I used cdirip and cdrecord to burn it, using the instructions here: https://sites.google.com/site/hackerb9/cdikremiso wrote:can you try this other one? i'll share the link directly here, so others can try too :

Re: Alternate Dreamcast backend for ScummVM
Hi Ian, I posted instructions for the RAM upgrade mod here: https://tsowell.github.io/2020/06/21/dr ... grade.htmlIan Micheal wrote:I see but any thing compiled before would have no effect. This is interesting i love to see how you did the modlast i heard you had to drill holes thru the mboard all sorts of problems.. ] someone investigated doing this on assembler
there are no traces coming from the cpu for that
you would have to drill through the bottom of the motherboard, hope you drilled in the exact spot and didn't damage the motherboard drilling through it, and solder to the points on the bottom of the cpu
Nice to know there is some other way of doing this
Maybe a little more complicated than I remembered it being, but at least there is no BGA rework or drilling through the motherboard.

I also made a Dreamcast-talk post about it: https://www.dreamcast-talk.com/forum/vi ... =2&t=13039

Re: Alternate Dreamcast backend for ScummVM
So finally I did it sorry for the delay
I love the new menu even if scared me about memory issue ^^
But I'm confident it's optimise as possible, just a feeling when I saw this wonderfull job.
I can load the game put the game folder in other path in my sd.
But I can't play it, I must choose a color number, I can open the keyboard, choose a number but everytime the worst ^^
So go ahead for new games

Re: Alternate Dreamcast backend for ScummVM
The game is BARGON
It's just to play it, kremiso has done the iso with this game because it's very smaller (around 10Mb).

Re: Alternate Dreamcast backend for ScummVM
seems tsowell is working hard on this, his latest release is now 0.0.5, continuosly adding features
great work man!
so, to make attempts, maybe its better to grab his latest effort first
