Anyone know what Dreamcast shooter this is?

I recently picked up a Dreamcast again, after regretting selling mine years ago. I used to have a very large collection of games, including many import titles.

I'm trying to track down a specific shooter, but can't for the life of me remember what it's called.

I barely remember anything about the game, other than your character would 'talk' quite a bit. Specifically, one of the characters would say something like 'Mega Bomb' in a Japanese accent when using your bombs.

For some reason I thought it was Gigawing 2, but it isn't. I've also gone through all the main North American shooters like Gunbird 2, Mars Matrix, Ikaruga and others with no luck. I'm thinking it may have been a Japanese only release.

I know there's not much information to go on here, but I'm hoping I might trigger someone's memory.

Gunbird 2, Drill, Mars Matrix, Chaos Field, Ikaruga, borderdown, trigger heart exelica, under defeat, zero gunner 2,Bangi-O, Last Hope, Armada,Cannonspike, Karous, Gigawing 1 and 2, Radio Alergy

was it cel shaded? radilgy? (sp?)

was it in 2D, top down shooter or side scrolling? or could it have been one of the 3D shooters like starlancer or bang! gun ship elite? also another 2D one is armada, i'll try to think of some more.
